Please read and print these terms and conditions prior to making any purchase from this our web site.

1 Declaration

This web site with the primary domain known as: is owned and operated in its entirety by KNB Creations Limited. whose registered office is suite one, Hedley Court, Boothferry Road, Goole DN14 6AA and principle place of business is 43 Western Road, Goole, East Yorkshire DN14 6QW to which all communication and correspondence should be directed.

2 Interpretation

From here on the following definitions apply to these terms and conditions:

2.1 “we/us/our” : Relates to KNB Creations Limited and/or the web site

2.2 “you/your” : Will describe you, the client, person, firm or company who is or has purchased good from us through this website or otherwise.

2.3 “goods” : Will describe any goods which we have agreed to supply to you.

2.4 “service/services” : Any service or services we have agreed to supply to you.

2.5 “contract” : The contract between you and us incorporates these terms and conditions for the supply of any goods or services between us and you.

2.6 “internet sale” : Relates to any sale of either goods and/or services placed via the internet or telephone.

2.7 “confirmation of supply” : Describes the written/printed confirmation from us agreeing to supply you with any order placed with us for goods and/or services requested by you.

3 Terms of Supply

When any goods and services are sold by us and purchased by you, both you and us are agreeing to do so in accordance with these terms and conditions as set out, and accept (without exception) that they are governed and construed in accordance with English law.

3.1 : Upon receipt of your Order we will send to you by e mail or fax a “Confirmation of Receipt of Order”. This is for acknowledgement purposes and does not constitute a Contract between us and you.

3.2 : The Contract is only deemed as formed when we send to you a printed “Confirmation of Supply”. This will be send by either E Mail, fax,mail or by hand to the details you provided when you placed the order.

3.3 : Orders placed by you are accepted on the basis that you are responsible for and have ensured that all specifications of products and services are both complete and accurate and that they are suitable for your intended use prior to placing your order with us.

3.4 : Any Information, Images sent or provided by us are intended for general guidance and colours provided either by printed or electronic means is not guaranteed as an exact representation nor do they form part of the contract. Products may be subject to minor variations in colour or specification that do not effect there performance or appearance.

3.5 : If after sending you a confirmation of supply, we are unable to supply any of the goods you ordered. Then we will contact you and offer you an alternative product to the same or greater quality and value, You will have the option to either accept this alternative or to cancel your order.

4 Distance Selling Regulations- Your Rights to Cancel

As a consumer making a purchase over the internet or by telephone you are protected by the “Distant selling regulations” and you are therefore legally entitled to cancel your contract with us for certain goods you order up until fourteen working days after you receive them.

4.1: The right to cancel your contract is however subject to the following conditions:

4.1.1: You are not entitled to cancel the contract if goods are to be manufactured or adapted to your specification either by us or our supplier.

4.1.2: This exclusion is relevant to the following products that we supply and you may purchase from us. Any Bella Door, panel or accessory, Any Zurfiz Door, panel or accessory, Any cabinet, panel of any description listed are all manufactured to your specification regardless of being of a recognized standard size or non standard size.

4.2 : If you choose to return non exempt goods within this fourteen day period you will be responsible for returning the goods in an unused and undamaged condition where possible using the original packaging.

4.2.1 : If you cancel your contract with us in accordance with 4.2, then provided they have been returned (at your own cost) in an undamaged and unused condition you will be entitled to a full refund of all moneys paid by you but excluding the original carriage costs and regardless of wether such charge were made to you in the first place.

5 Prices and Payment

The price payable to us by you for goods and or services we provide will be as set out on on your order and confirmed by us via e-mail.

5.1 : Full payment for the goods is due at the time of order placement. Goods will not be supplied on any other basis.

6 Delivery of Goods

6.1 : We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you requested when placing your order and this must be the mailing address for the debit/credit card used for payment. Any exceptions to this must be discussed and agreed by us in writing.

6.2 : Should you wish to Cancel this contract under the above conditions (Excluding manufactured to order items)you must give us written notice by E Mail, Fax or by hand to our principle trading address.

6.3 : Delivery will normally be within 20 working days from our confirmation of supply. We undertake to notify you by E mail of both the anticipated despatch date and the actual despatch day.

6.4 : You are required to advise us at the point of ordering any immanent dates when delivery would not be possible.

6.5 : When we have the confirmation of the manufacturers scheduled production dates, we will confirm the despatch date with you. We reserve the right to claim back any costs incurred by us for declined or failed deliveries whatsoever.

6.6 : Under the terms of the contract you are required to inspect the packaging for transit damage and if necessary note the damage note the damage on the carriers paperwork when signing. No claim for transit damage goods can be accepted unless this is done.

6.7 : Delivery of items ordered may be delivered in more than one delivery.

7 Product Quality and Warranty

7.1 : All Products supplied by us are warranted for 12 full months from the date of delivery to you. the warranty will be that it is both fit for the purpose it was originally intended and that it is of a satisfactory quality to comply with the Sale of Goods act 1979.

7.2 : We advertise on our website that many items have a manufacturers warranty in excess of the 12 month warranty period. were this is the case we will undertake to assist you in processing such legitimate warranty claims.

7.3 : We will not be liable for a manufacturers breach of this warranty for whatever reason.

7.4 : Any claim against warranty must be proven to benefit from this warranty. This includes giving us or our manufacturers a reasonable opportunity to inspect the faulty item, and if appropriate collect the faulty item for inspection. such collection or return charges will be refunded upon a legitimate claim approval and the goods replaced at cost to ourselves or our manufacturers.

7.5 : In the event that you receive faulty goods, you must notify us in writing within 3 working days from delivery. Were the claim is against transit damage we must receive written notification within 24 hours of delivery. The provision of clause 6.6 above apply to any notices under this clause.

8 Liability

8.1 : We will not be liable for any defect arising from willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturers instructions, misuse or adaptions or anything other than fair wear and tear.

8.2 : We will not be liable for any loss or delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control – including, but not limited to, failure by our own suppliers to deliver on time, goods that are damaged in transit or goods that have to be replaced for any reason.

8.3 : We will not be liable for any injury, loss or delay caused by the independent contractor who will be engaged to deliver your goods.

8.4 : We will not be liable for any consequential or special loss arising out of any breach of condition, warranty or contract on our part in respect of the goods. Our liability for any such breach in respect of the goods will be limited to their net invoice value or, at our discretion, to replacement of the goods.

8.5 : We will not be liable for any defects, injury, loss or damage resulting from your negligence or arising from installation in a damp environment, lack of proper maintenance, improper use, accidents, unauthorized alteration, faulty workmanship or negligence on the part of others (except our employees and sub-contractors).

8.6 : We will not be liable for any inaccurate statements, errors or omissions contained in any brochure or literature produced by any manufacturer over which we have no control.

9 General

9.1 : These terms and conditions together with our privacy policy on our website set out the entire contract and understanding between you and us.

9.2 : Our website contains many pages of help and advice to assist you to do business with us. These are general working principles and are not intended to change, replace or be incorporated into these terms and conditions.

9.3 : No variation to these terms and conditions will be binding unless agreed between us in writing and signed by a authorized director. You agree that you do not rely upon any representation in respect of the goods unless confirmed in writing between us.

9.4 : Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights as a consumer.

9.5 : All the prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling. We do not accept any other currency.

9.6 : Our area of supply is limited to the United Kingdom

9.7 : A person who is not party to this contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms of this contract.

9.8 : If any of the provisions of this contract are held to be unenforceable, the provisions will be severed rom this contract and the remaining provisions will be valid and enforceable.

9.9 : These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with English law.

10 Title of Goods

10.1 : Provided the agreed payment has been made to us, you will become the owner of the goods you have ordered upon their delivery to you. Once the goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage to the goods or for their loss or destruction.
